Hi! I’m Tiana, a data-driven product designer.

My design journey
I recently spent 3 years on a small design team at a B2B SaaS company in the healthcare and life sciences space, leading end-to-end design for complex, data-heavy features alongside product and engineering. My work spanned query building and analytics tools and drug safety software, with projects that increased product usage 12–20% and saved users hours of manual work. I also helped modernize a legacy platform through workflow audits, usability enhancements, and a new Tailwind-based design system.
I’m endlessly curious about how people actually work and use data whenever possible to ensure we’re solving the right problems, using research whenever possible to inform and validate design decisions.
Before design, I led collaborative workflow improvements between scheduling and medical teams at Seattle Children’s Hospital, streamlining clinical processes and improving patient access to care. Understanding and balancing the needs of patients and providers built the research and service design skills that led me to product design.
What I’m looking for next
I’m looking for UX and product design roles at B2B SaaS companies where design is a true partner in shaping the product, and where I can grow alongside experienced designers while taking on increasingly strategic problems.
Outside of work
When I’m not designing, you’ll find me exploring a local park with my dog, Julep, enjoying a coffee and walk along the waterfront, or country swing and line dancing on the weekends.
